On my laptop the SSD partions split in two

Hello everyone so I have a problem with my laptop (HP something) I wanted to install xubuntu onto it unfortunately the install failed 3 times because the installer could not decide where to install something I don't really know. Anyway that was the first time where I saw that a second SSD drive is present to the fact I have only one 250 GB drive in my laptop installed that kind of weird stuff. then I remade the bootable usb and tried it again, this time it installed but the problem with the second 14 GB drive still is there I tried everything with gparted,fdisk,parted and different stuff no matter what I tried these two SSD partions won't go together or whatever this problems is.

I hope that some of you can help me with this strange problem
