my suggestion for the job marketplace is simple: telecommuting
it's a big thing right now (April 2020) with the rise of cloud computing and so many people staying at home. just add a selection for telecommuting. make that two selection ... national telecommuting ... international telecommuting. and change the country selection to allow multiple choice. this would be for both job search and posting a job. then upgrade the search to do the proper matches.
