Touchscreen not detected on Panasonic Toughbook CF-C2AEEZHCE

Hi,

I have recently purchased a couple of the CF-C2 toughbooks with digitizer and touch screen. They came pre-installed with Win8 which I immediately set about replacing with Ubuntu 19:10 on one of them. I know everything worked under windows so the hardware is good but once I get Ubuntu installed I have two things not working:-
1. Internal speakers
2. Touchscreen(finger, the digitizer/stylus bit works)

I've ploughed through every page online that references my model(of which there aren't many outside Panasonic marketing blurb!) and can find no working solutions or clues to what to try next.

I'm not a total newb but I'm also not that bright so any help or pointers what to do next greatly appreciated!!

I've grabbed the following from it and as you can see there's stylus and eraser for the digitizer listed but no hint of the finger touch screen at all, as I said it definitely worked under windows so i know it's in there and working!!
