I feel a micro lag when changing tabs in Google Chrome or tabs in general

Good Morning/Evening people.I Installed ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS for a few days now and everything is runnning smoothly except for the fact that is not hahahaha.The deal is that when i am changing tabs on google Chrome,opening a new app or even beggining to write this very question there is a little lag.Nothing major but is noticeable and i do not remeber this happening the other time i installed ubuntu and it never happened on the Windows 10.I am sending my specs so you guys can see if my notebook is just to weak for google chrome:
-Cpu:Intel Core i5-2410M CPU 2.30GHZ
-RAM:8GB
if more info is necessary let me know and i will update.
