Login Page, Gateway, Proxy?!

Hi
My AP System and Router dont support a Landing Page.
Sure I looking on the Internet and I found http://www.chillispot.org/ who look a little outdated to me.
And I also found: https://coova.github.io/CoovaChilli/ who it seem to use Chillispot to.
I need just a simple Login Page for my Guests with a Voucher System.
My Router can, do,... Traffic Limitation, White Listing,...
Does anyone here is that?
Maybe with run on a Virtual Server?
