dual boot questions

i have ordered an nvme force for my pc and become questioning what my options have been for twin boot (home windows for games) with two drives. closing time i twin booted windows might reclaim boot manager occasionally and make it splendid hard to boot back to linux. due to the fact that i exploit linux as my important os this was much less than ideal. so i nuked the home windows partition. however now that i can have 2 drives can i set up home windows on one and linux (with grub or some different boot supervisor) on the opposite and feature the computer study the linux force first and the the boot supervisor can ship the request to the home windows pressure if i want as well that?
