Migration from sybase to mssql in Linux for c program

Hi,
We are trying to migrate sybase database to mssql, we have a path /usr/sybase/sqlib/sqlib.c which contains the implementation for sqlopen(),sqlwrite()....etc.
We are searching for the relavent one for Mssql on Linux can anyone please tell us in this regards.
