Wire guard set up

First of all I should say, I don't under stand how any of this works.

In China, simple things are blocked: bbc.co.uk, youtube.com all kinds of decadent Western stuff!

As a decadent Westerner, I like to look.

So I use Expressvpn or Astrill.

Now Ubuntu 20.04 is out, allegedly with WireGuard.

I installed Ubu 20.04 on another laptop, hoping to be able to use Wire Guard.

I followed the instructions here.

Is it possible to use Wire Guard like I use Expressvpn or Astrill? Somehow connect via Wire Guard to the Internet at large??
