Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre doesn't think Aaron Rodgers will finish his career with the Green Bay Packers.

"I think he'll play somewhere else," Favre told "The Rich Eisen Show" on Wednesday.

"Tom Brady, myself, Joe Montana, and Peyton Manning, just to name a few, finished their careers elsewhere," Favre continued. "I think you're going to see that trend more and more."

Even though Rodgers, 36, signed a four-year, $134-million contract extension with Green Bay in 2018, the Packers traded up four spots in the first round of the 2020 draft to select quarterback Jordan Love with the No. 26 pick.

"I don't know this for certain, but I guarantee you, it's got the wheels turning in Aaron's mind," Favre added. "If that's the case, then that means there's a chip on his shoulder toward the organization that otherwise was not there. All he needs is a reason, other than this reason, to expedite that."

Rodgers, a first-rounder in 2005, has won MVP twice and led the Packers to a Super Bowl title since taking over for Favre as Green Bay's starting passer in 2008.

Favre spent 16 seasons with the Packers before playing one campaign with the New York Jets and finishing his career after two seasons with the Minnesota Vikings.
