Space problem upgrading F31 to F32
by terry-duell from LinuxQuestions.org on (#52VVV)
Hello,
I just been through most of the steps to upgrade from F31 to F32, all the packages have been downloaded, but I'm getting a message that I need at least 375MB more space on / filesysystem.
Are there files that I can safely remove from / to achieve this?
As an alternate, I'm wondering if I can do some partition resizing, but unsure of the problems that I will have.
My disk structure, as reported by gparted, is as follows...
/dev/sda1 ext4/boot 500MB, 141MB unused
/dev/sda2 ext4/ 40GB, 7.26GB unused
/dev/sda3 fat16/boot/efi 190MB, 183.4MB unused
/dev/sda5 ext4/home 197.8GB, 106GB unused
I'm guessing that this is not an unusual problem, but thus far not seen any good advice that relates to F31 to F32.
Cheers,
Terry
