Question: How is LAMP backed up properly?
by usodiario from LinuxQuestions.org on (#52WHR)
I am a novice, I am practicing and learning.
I am looking for information on how backups are normally made from LAMP servers.
A PC as a server with LAMP
I just have the following idea:
- Install debian as server (ssh connection, no desktop)
- Create a virtual machine to install LAMP normally
-Make a full backup of the virtual machine
1.Is the above possible in production or is it done in another way?
2. What is the best idea and configuration but the server backups?
3. Maybe there are other ways to do it?
Thank you very much for the help.
