Getting updates on F32
by terry-duell from LinuxQuestions.org on (#52ZB7)
Hello All,
When using F31 (cinnamon desktop), the notifications on bottom icon bar would announce that updates were available, and I would start dnfdragora and be able to see what was available and select all or some as required.
Now with F32, I start dnfdragora and it sits doing nothing with everything greyed out, not sure how long one has to wait for it do something, so I go to the notifications and it says I can 'view', so I select that, and get a new window that says OS updates available, but doesn't show what they are, just allows me to go ahead, and when it is all done behind the scenes, I can update and restart.
Quite a change in proceedings from what was a reasonable way of doings in F31.
Any advice on how one can review the available updates prior to download and installation, i.e pretty much as previously?
Cheers,
Terry
