Wifi Not Working

I am trying to connect to wifi using netctl. I do "netstl start <name>". Nothing happens. It returns right away. Dmesg shows "<name>: authenticated", and journalctl -xe shows dhcprequest for an ip to broadcast, then discover requests, then finally says "no dhcpoffers received".
