How do I upgrade from Fedora 31 cinnamon to Fedora 32 cinnamon?

My Fedora 31 says a new version is available is it as easy to upgrade as Linux Mint 19.2 to 19.3?

I am hosting on the Fedora 31 a website and a shopping cart so I do not want to lose anything.

Is there anything new in Fedora 32 that makes this worthwhile?
