Trouble enabling Firefox MP3 playback in RHEL/CentOS 8

Hello,
I have an RHEL 8.2 system with Firefox 68.7.0 and a major multimedia format that can't be played on it is MP3. I confirmed this by going to the HTML5 Audio Formats Test page.
I tried to enable MP3 support by enabling the RPMFusion repository, and running the following command to install codecs:
Code:sudo dnf install gstreamer1-plugins-base gstreamer1-plugins-good gstreamer1-plugins-ugly gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free gstreamer1-plugins-bad-freeworldHowever, after rebooting the system, my Firefox still can't play MP3 content.
How do I fix this? Thank you.
