Bridge Realtek 8822CE WLAN no wireless extensions

Im on VBox and i have this:
sudo iwconfig
eth0 no wireless extensions.
lo no wireless extensions.
I'm on bridge connection, i've read and i guess that i have to configure the VM but i cant figure it out, yet
