xorg enable listen

Looking at upgrading a server to current. That server
has xdmcp setup and working. The problem is that xorg is
now by default not accepting port 6000. I have been trying
to edit /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc/ /etc/X11/xdm/Xservers. I have
already changes the settings on kdm and xdm. I have tried
googling without success. What file needs to be edited and
the command needed. The command I have tried -listen tcp.
