Does xfce or Cinnamon have a drawer

I have been a long time user of the Mate Desktop and somehow it has gotten hosed. I fired up both Cinnamon and Xfce and can't seem to find anything like a drawer for the task bar. I normally use multiple drawers on Mate. One for my favorite Internet tools, another one for Libreoffice programs. It gives me quick access to these programs.

Does anyone here know of a drawer like functionality for either of these desktops?
