Can't connect to office Wi-Fi

Hi boys and girls,

There is a 5GHz office Wi-Fi on which i can't connect with my Envy Ubuntu 20.04 laptop. My old Asus Ubutnu laptop can connect, as well as my mobile phone. Wi-Fi can connect to other networks, so there is something preventig me from establishing connection on that particular network. It gives me a connected icon, with network strenght, but there is no actual connection. A friend has the same problem on his Windows laptop. When I plug in a USB Wi-Fi dongle, it works.
