How to upgrade encrypted install?

I have an Ubuntu 20.04 install on an lvm2 encrypted disk I encrypted using the installer. I did an in place upgrade from 19.10 but still have application issues so I want to do a clean install from USB. How do I decrypt the partitions in the disk editor part of the install to do this?
