Windows 10 is not able to work properly,but it goes correctly in safe mode + networking.

Hello to everyone.
I'm trying to boot windows 10 installed on /dev/sda with qemu / kvm and virt-manager. After several tries I've understood that Windows 10 is correctly detected,but for some unknown reason,as soon as it starts,it shows a page like this :

I clicked on the option n. 5 and windows boots correctly in safe mode with networking,but everytime I reboots it shows again the same menu. I don't even see the option to boots windows normally. If I press on Enter,it returns to the same menu. I think that there is something which interferes with the correct working of windows. This does not happens when I boot windows physically. Someone know what could be ?
