[SOLVED] Grep not working on a text file

I have exported my notes from CintaNotes - which is a Windows note taking application - in a text file, but on Linux Mint i can't search the notes in this text file using grep. I don't know if it is format issue or something else but grep is not giving any results. Any idea why?
