Access Jenkins docker inside VM from host machine

VM software: VMware Player 14
Network: NAT (shared host IP)
Host machine: Win10, hostname is leap1
Guest machine: OpenSUSE 15.1, hostname is leap1 (same with host machine's)
Jenkins docker is configured in guest and is up. The link https://leap1:8083/is accessible in the guest.
My question is, how can I access https://leap1:8083/ in host machine (the win10)?
