Error 403

when trying to install programme to use onedrive. The following is the website address, https://www.fosslinux.com/8835/how-t...with-linux.htm I keep getting an error 403 and no public keycode available. What am I doing wrong. I am new to Linux. I normally use Windows but I thought I'd give it a try. I get the feeling we have all been spoon fed by Microsoft.....I am using the lastest version of Mint.
