Ontario must step up with new testing plan

Ontario Premier Doug Ford promises to deliver a plan for COVID-19 testing this week. That is to say, a new plan, or an expanded plan. This one, he says, will involve testing more people - those at work and those who may have the disease but aren't showing any symptoms.
