C.H.I.P. SBC run headless

Like my Beaglebone Black I would like to be able to SSH into the C.H.I.P SBC running headless from my host Windows-10 P.C. using putty.
What I do need is the default TCP/IP address for the C.H.I.P. The default IP address of the BBB is 192.168.7.2.
Other question is not having an SD-Card slot how would you back up the C.H.I.P. eMMc?
The Beaglebone is running Debian while I think the C.H.I.P is running Ubuntu.
