mutt mail client on Debian 9

Using mutt on Debian 9 with postfix
I have told that l do not need a .muttrc in my home directory if l just want to sent normal mail? But if l need to sign the mail with my key then only a single line would be necessary
Set crypt_use_gpgme = yes
I am sure there is more set lines needed?
