Need help with OpenVPN

Ya got a Newbie here. Just installed OpenVpn on SurfShark VPN and not getting the help I need from them on this topic. I am not clear on command to start OpenVPN VIA Terminal nor do I know how to find and or choose a server to connect to. Any help with this would be apprectiated. Frank
