unable to logon to main desktop machine, libvirt qmenu issue

don't know at all why this libvert qmenu prompt is showing up now. I have no idea what password it's expecting. I've tried to reset my user passwrd from the command line, doesn't help.

is there a default password for libvert qmenu? I really need to get into my system.

add'l info. this install of mint has never had a virtual machine up and running. I tried awhile back but couldn't fight thru all the stuff.

How can I get rid of the libvert qmenu prompt? I don't understand what caused it to start appearing.
