How to manually change , change time and modify time ?

Is there a way to manually change your change time or modify time of a file as shown by find . -ctime/-mtime command ? For instance your current -mtime is 14:51 06 05 2020 but you want to set it to some other value like 1:30 10 12 1997 ?
