Nvidia 304.137 problem

I have an HP notebook which is called dv6704nr & it has a nvidia 7150m graphics card. I tried several distros. Some of them Ubuntu, Xubuntu, Debian, Devuan, MX Linux, Linux Mint, Pop OS, OpenSuSe, Fedora, Geckolinux, Manjaro, etc. Some of them installed but when finished install and when rebooted screen is total fuzzy like this: https://i.stack.imgur.com/nVV7p.jpg (i know it's windows. but it's looks like)
As i understood Nvidia 304.137 drivers can be install only kernel under version 4.13. But i tried all distributions old versions too. Couldn't installed. But some distros booted properly except one thing. Resolution can be max 1024x768. (MX Linux & Pop OS) But sound card is not working. Sound card worked only in Pop OS. But same issue was there. max resolution is 1024x768.
Then i found a grub boot parameter called "nomodeset" (i still don't know what is that and what's that mean, what is it for) Almost all distros booted with this. But still max resolution is 1024x768.
What can i do else for resolution and sound card i don't know. I know this is a noob question but i did lots of researches before writing : )
