hi,
let`s say we have a host with 5 cores and 4 VMs.
At a certain point in a VM we have high i/o disk traffic,so a certain vcpu waits for disk i/o to completes.
That vcpu uses a certain core in host.
Then no other Vcpu from any other VM can uses this core until the disk i/o completes.right?
