It's frustrating, to say the least, that former National Security Adviser John Bolton would not testify during the impeachment inquiry against Trump, but here is in a clip from an ABC interview with Martha Raddatz on Trump's incompetence and willingness to do anything to get reelected, even if it means endangering the nation.
