dhclient not releasing current lease on centos 8

If I enter:
Code:dhclient -r -v eth0 && rm /var/lib/dhcp/dhclient.* ; dhclient -v eth0The lease isn't released and it adds another interface as well with a new IP.
-H also adds a new interface.
