Installed Firefox flatpak - how to replace older version of firefox

I installed Firefox 77 via the flatpak route - nice and easy from a terminal with the commands:
Code:flatpak install flathub org.mozilla.firefoxand to run it
Code:flatpak run org.mozilla.firefoxI copied the launcher on my desk top, changed it's name and replaced the command
Code:flatpak run org.mozilla.firefoxIt works, is it the right way of doing it?

And next I want to remove the old Firefox, I guess I can just use the Software manager?

And what do people think of the flatpak approach? As opposed to using a tar file?

Cheers
