bill@darkstar:/boot/grub$Then I booted and, choosing slackware, I got this:Code:Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown-block (0,0)When installing slackware I chose the hugesmp.s kernel. So I think this is the kernel under which the installer ran. Now, when booting slackware, slackware was again using hugesmp.s I think. But the installer had no trouble at all with the eMMC, writing to it a lot of data. On this machine I have already installed arch linux and debian and have run both of them with no problems. I think Slackware simply does not understand this machine. Can you think of a possible cause for the kernel panic message? It is already three years I lack slackware on my machine, having attempted to install it several times.

bill@darkstar:/boot/grub$Then I booted and, choosing slackware, I got this:Code:Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: unable to mount root fs on unknown-block (0,0)When installing slackware I chose the hugesmp.s kernel.
