Changing the taskbar of Kubuntu

Hello,
I have Kubuntu 18.04.4 LTS.
When I have multiple apps open, sometimes I would like to move the square things that appear on the taskbar.
For example, if I have Kate, LibreOffice, Firefox, Chromium open, they might appear of that order on the taskbar.
But, what if I want to move Kate and put it after Chromium.
Is it possible?
