installed app won't activate

Just installed leap 15.1 and deleted libreoffice at install as my main book with many charts done using openoffice and best to keep the same.
Downloaded OO 4.1.7 and installed and yast listing confirms it to be installed, but it doesn't list on Office options and neither so when open my book file and invoke it.
Any way command line might fix it?
