How do I set the ip address to see my site locally?

I used to be able see my site at 192.168.0.5 now it does not work any more.

If I do ss -lnpt it says 192.168.122.1 and localhost

both work but my router will not forward 192.168.122.1 saying it is out of range.

Any ideas how to set my address back to 192.168.0.5 ?
