Openmpi does not working correctly(wrong parallelization) on UBUNTU 18.04 LTS

Hello everyone
I am using ubuntu 18.04 LTS
I have 4 processors.
I have installed openmpi( 4.0.3) to run programs.
Moreover, I have installed python-dev,scipy,numpy and python3-pip to run openmpi.
I explain step by step.
1.I cannot run 4 processor with mpirun.It gives Attachment 33579
Also, I have seen this error Attachment 33578
2.I overcome first problem by I installing mpi4py.However, I have faced the following error shown in figure Attachment 33576
I think something wrong with openmpi installation or there is a missing library. Openmpi is crushing somewher.
