Handbrake under Linux Mint 20

Has anyone had any difficulties reading all region DVD's on their freshly installed Linux Mint 20? I could use Handbrake freely under Linux Mint 19 but there appears to be something missing. I have installed libdvdcss2 & all the related files and re-installed Handbrake several times...... still no read many DVDs.
