Linux softwares for Desktop PC

hi,
I need a suggestion to switch to MS Windows 10. I am using windows 10 in my office as well. The applications which we are using are office 2019, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Camtasia for training.
At home, I want to switch to open source, With the same features of the software in open source which softwares are available? Some alternate which I know
1- MS Office alternate is LibreOffice.
2- Adobe Photoshop alternate is GIMP
3- Illustrator alternate ....?
4- Premiere Pro alternate....? and Camtasia as well.
b- For such applications which Linux distro you suggest? Easy to handle and operate. Debian/Slackware or any other for such kind of software?
