Missing Dependency (libpanox-1.0)

Hello,
I'm trying to install AnyDesk on the latest OpenSUSE Tumbleweed so that I can access my computer remotely. I have the repos installed but when I actually get to installing it, I get an error:
Problem: nothing provides libpangox-1.0.so.0()(64bit) needed by anydesk-5.5.6-1.x86_64
Solution 1: do not install anydesk-5.5.6-1.x86_64
Solution 2: break anydesk-5.5.6-1.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies
Choose from above solutions by number or cancel [1/2/c/d/?] (c): c

I've searched YaST and couldn't find the package so I a web search. I found various RPMs that seem to have that file but I'm a little worried about downloading from unfamiliar and generally slightly shady looking sources. I did find that OpenSUSE has a page about this: https://software.opensuse.org/package/libpangox-1_0-0?. There is an official package for Leap 15.2, 15.1, etc but not for Tumbleweed. There are community packages for Tumbleweed (I think, at least, this is the first time I've used this one-click software area). Am I better off using the Leap 15.2 or the Tumbleweed package from the community or something else entirely? Thanks so much in advance!
