avoiding google
by clearfell from LinuxQuestions.org on (#55KC3)
Hi,
I don't know why but I always find myself getting tangled up with google and the other stuff it owns. Passwords and changes get thrust at me and I find it all damned annoying. I still have a Gmail email address that I want to get rid of but, for example, when I wanted to use Thunderbird email I found I had to proffer an existing email address before I could proceed. Google again...
Anyway I hope I haven't been too boring here. I have installed MX Linux 19 on a clean disc and want to be guided on how to populate it without incurring any mess. I would miss YouTube immensely and just hope there is a similar music site to take its place.
So if anyone could help here I would be very grateful.
