No, PS5 demo stations haven't started rolling out yet

If you were getting excited at the idea of seeing PS5 demo stations roll out, we've got some disappointing news. Earlier today, an image taken and shared by @IronCoreGame on Twitter showed an apparent PS5 demo station at Currys PC World, which different websites were quick to report on. You can see the image below:
Unfortunately for anyone who wanted to get their hands on the PS5 soon, this isn't a PS5 station and there is no compelling proof it will be used to demo PS5 games. It's a PS4 demo station that is partially dismantled. If you need some proof, you can see this shot from an ad of an identical station being used to demo PS4 titles, as spotted by a Reddit user. Note the seat and cushion colors.
We'll be sure to let you know if PS5 demo stations do start getting set up. Sony has revealed a large of slate of exclusive titles for the PS5, including Horizon Forbidden West, Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, a remake of Demon's Souls and more. The PlayStation 5 is currently set to release at some point in Holiday 2020.
