Firefox Download Open Containing Folder launches Thunderbird

If I download a file in Firefox, then click on the download link (arrow pointing downwards near top right) and right mouse click and choose "Open Containing Folder" instead of getting PCManFM opening the Download folder I get Thunderbird starting.
I've found
Code:https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/audacious/+bug/1196339which is along same lines but nothing in there resolves my issue.
my /usr/share/applications/mimeinfo.cache contains
Code:inode/directory=pcmanfm-qt.desktop;pcmanfm.desktop;running Debian 10 LXDE
