New icon theme, downloaded and installed, does not appear in the list to be able to apply it in Slackware 14.2; for what reason?

I installed the We10X icon theme (https://store.kde.org/p/1366371) on Slackware 14.2, in System Settings -> Appearances -> Icons -> Get new themes. But the theme does not appear in the list, to apply it, why?
