Dropbox is Stuck on "Syncing..." for Several Days

I've used Dropbox for years, but now that I've upgraded to Mint 20, it doesn't seem to be working right. (Stuck on the "Syncing..." message without actually doing anything.) At first, I completely uninstalled it and deleted my Dropbox folder to get a clean install, and waited for everything to re-download. Seemed to be working fine, until I rebooted and it switched back to just saying, "Syncing..." but not actually syncing any files I edited.
I already posted on the Dropbox Forum about it, but it's been 2 days and I haven't gotten a reply. Also, Dropbox has been sitting there "Syncing" this whole time and hasn't changed.
Probably worth mentioning that my desktop computer, running Windows 7, is handling Dropbox perfectly.
