The ethics of a COVID-19 vaccine and who gets it first

The World Health Organization reports a handful of COVID-19 vaccine candidates are moving into the third stage of clinical trials in the United States this week. Trials of an early-stage vaccine, developed by Oxford University, have shown to trigger an immune response. While it's too soon to know whether these entries will become widely-available vaccines, there are advancements being made in the research field.
