Help with installation

Since I wanted to turn my back on Windows entirely, I installed Debian 10 on my computer. Before I actually uninstall Windows, I have to install Eid viewer but it doesn't work. Is there someone who would like to explain to me in a simple way step by step how I get this done. Thank you very much for the effort.
